Telesales Agent
Job Location : UAE
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and present Key Capital Properties' real estate offerings.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule property viewings for the sales team.
• Understand client needs, offer tailored property solutions, and persuade potential buyers/renters to explore our services.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system with accuracy.
• Handle incoming inquiries from prospective clients, providing them with relevant information and addressing their questions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales conversions and customer retention.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, competitive trends, and new opportunities in the market.
• Adhere to company policies, sales guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and telesales techniques.
Key Requirements:
• Previous experience in telesales, preferably within the real estate sector or a related industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle objections effectively.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
