Job Description:
• Oversee and manage the execution of finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling,
flooring, and carpentry.

• Ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

• Monitor and control material usage and labor productivity.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and
services.

• Resolve technical issues and challenges on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress and material usage.

• Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality finishes.

• Oversee and facilitate the installation of flooring, doors, windows, ceilings, cabinetry, and other
interior and exterior elements & MEP elements.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

• Oversee material testing to verify quality and suitability.
• Identify and rectify defects promptly.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in
construction finishing or a related field.

• Proven experience in civil finishing supervision.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Valid GCC driving license
