Job Position – Compliance Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Compliance Officer to join our team and uphold our high standards of regulatory adherence.

A skilled Compliance Officer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the financial or exchange sector. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our operations meet all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage an effective compliance program.

• Ensure adherence to all relevant local and international regulations, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) policies.

• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks.

• Train staff on compliance-related matters, including regulatory updates and internal policies.

• Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and other external stakeholders.

• Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and relevant authorities.

• Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and best practices in compliance.

Requirements
• Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Compliance Officer, preferably in the financial services or exchange industry.

• Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, and other regulatory frameworks.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA) are a plus.
