Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Overview: The Customer Happiness Agent is responsible to handle the accounts of customers and provide them with efficient customer service.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Provide help and advice to customers about products and services.
• Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face.
• Investigate and solve customers' problems whilst working closely with the Team Leader.
• Responsible to keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
• Learn about organization’s products, promotions or services and keeps up to date with changes.
• Responsible for collecting money paid by clients for service / product and update the money collection schedule.

Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in Customer Service.
• Excellent communication skills. Interpersonal Requirements:
• Good MS Office skills.

• Ability to act on own initiative and handle stress well.
• Excellent grooming/appearance at all times.

Salary: AED 4500 + incentives + medical + annual air-fare for self
