You will be the first point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding facilities management inquiries and issues. and providing exceptional support to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or associate degree in project management, engineering or similar field

– Proven experience in a help desk or customer service role, preferably within the facilities management industry

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
