Restaurant Manager
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, food quality, and customer satisfaction
• Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle inventory management and supplier relationships
• Monitor and control food and labor costs
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Implement marketing strategies to increase restaurant revenue
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Handle cash management and daily reconciliation
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
Required Qualifications :
• Strong understanding of food service operations and restaurant management
• Experience in staff supervision and training
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Proficiency in using POS systems and restaurant management software
