Maintain overall business control for Flight operations and Network operation systems, including Crewing, Planning and Operations Systems, in terms of user access management, security audits compliance, change requests, release management and administration requirements for all users.
Accountabilities
• Maintain the user access management process and review user access on a regular basis to ensure internal process meet regulatory requirements.
• Monitor system performance and provide support to reduce operational costs and increase efficiency.
• Implement new system features and maintain control over changes applied across all supported systems to ensure that the systems interface with each other seamlessly.
• Resolve any problems that arise during normal function of the system and provide status updates to end users and stakeholders. Fully assess the severity of all problems reported to ensure that the vendor is engaged as necessary.
• Liaise with the vendor on issue resolution and the implementation of system enhancements to maintain control on issues raised with the vendor and ensure delivery within agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate with EY T&I to implement upgrades as per agreed timelines to ensure that systems environment and their components are configured and working correctly.
• Working closely with the Crew Planners, Crew Services and Ops teams to refine system set-up to adapt Rostering, Pairing, Crewing and ops system to business changes.
Education & Experience
• Post-secondary education (ie. Diploma, degree and/or courses in related field or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on systems within Airline operations/ Technical Support (either in airlines and / or as a vendor).
