The is responsible for creating visually appealing and effective graphic materials that support the company’s marketing and communication goals. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, a creative mind, and the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual content.

Responsibilities:
– Design & Production: Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including:

– Print materials: Brochures, flyers, posters, banners, business cards, booklets, etc.

– Digital materials: Websites, social media graphics, email banners, online ads, presentations, etc.

– Video graphics and motion graphics (if applicable)

– Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual style guides.

– Ensure all designs are consistent with brand identity and messaging.

– Prepare files for print and digital production.

– Creative Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for design projects.

– Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with the marketing team.

– Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

– Incorporate feedback and revisions effectively.

– Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

– Effectively communicate project progress and any potential roadblocks.

– Work collaboratively with other designers, writers, and marketing professionals.

– Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe – – Creative Suite:

Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

– Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus

– Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design
