Review all HSE’ s policies regulations, procedure and legal requirements to ensure that they are meeting ADNOC Refining requirements, change, growth and coping with the National, Regional and International trends and standards
Monitor and maintains the HSE Policy and the associated mechanism and ensures that the policy is clearly communicated, understood and used throughout the company.
Develop an action plan to complete IMS implementation, tracking and reporting the findings of the same.
Develop & update yearly Integrated HSE Audit Plan (Tier 2 Audit), discussing and finalizing the same ADNOC Refining Sites.
Lead Tier 2 Audits that is carried out for ADNOC Refining Sites / Divisions to conduct integrated Quality & HSE compliance review.
Facilitate carrying out the External Audits, monitor and follow up the findings / recommendations of the same.
Prepares audit reports and reviews feedback and implementation status on compliance review findings.
Prepare and Report Audit/ HSE studies Compliance reports on Monthly & Quarterly basis to ADNOC/ Management.
Carrying out the Validation of HSE & Process Safety Assurance Program for ADNOC Refining Sites /Division, monitor and follow up the findings of the same.
Plan an action plan for carrying out the Validation of the Contractors HSE Assurance Program.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelors in Chemical Engineering, Safety or equivalent qualifications.
8 years’ Experience in safety matters preferably in petrochemical or oil/gas industry. Adequate experience in Development & Implementation of HSE Management System and auditing. Experienced in conducting HSE Assessments including HAZOP, HSEIA, QRA, JSA etc.
