As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in overseeing a wide range of administrative, operational, and support functions to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the business.
Manage the CEO’s diary and appointments.
Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently when required.
Liaise with relevant individuals, departments, and external customers and suppliers on CEO’s requests and submissions.
Assist in presentations and other reports and documents as needed.
Manage in coordination with travel department travel plans, itineraries, expenses.
Assist in planning and organizing visits of selected visitors.
Create and maintain database, spreadsheet files and digitally archive documents, records, and reports.
Arrange and coordinate events etc. when required.
Proof reading of material (emails, documents, social media posts, etc).
Attend meetings alongside or on behalf of the CEO to take detailed minutes and gain insights into key messages from brands and partners.
Create and maintain updated pending “to do” lists.
Keep CEO up to date with deadlines.
Ensure the preparation of meeting rooms for any CEO meeting.
Greet and host all external visitors.
Coordinate with IT and ensure IT equipment is up to date.
Support the CEO with managing and optimizing social media platforms, including LinkedIn.
Provide copywriting support for CEO-related materials such as press releases, internal and external conference speeches, and other communication needs.
