Business Strategy and Vision
Define and own the strategic roadmap for SMB Fintech products, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop overall SMB fintech strategy with the vision of providing comprehensive services to SMBs including but not limited to POS systems, ECR platforms, digital payments, lending , Cards, expense management etc.
Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and market opportunities in the SMB Fintech space.
Identify, Onboard and Manage Strategic Partners to provide full stack of services to SMB Customers
Revenue and Growth Ownership
Responsible for overall revenue, P&L for SMB fintech Products with aggressive growth and market share targets
Define and track key business metrics such as revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition for Fintech products.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive product adoption and growth.
Continuously identify opportunities to optimize pricing, cost structures, and revenue streams.
Product Portfolio Management
Oversee the lifecycle of SMB Fintech products, from ideation to delivery and scaling.
Ensure all products meet regulatory, compliance, and security standards in the financial services sector.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation.
Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, including technology, legal, finance, and operations.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as banks, payment processors, and Fintech service providers.
Present business cases, product updates, and financial results to senior leadership and board members.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, analysts, and business strategists.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture focused on delivering results.
Align cross-functional teams to achieve business and product objectives
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in product management, business strategy in a Fintech leadership roles.
