We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and driven **Assistant Manager – Customer Fulfilment – Trade Finance** to join our team.
What You'll Do
Oversee and manage day-to-day trade finance operations, including Imports, Exports, and funded processes.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and policies, minimizing operational risks.
Execute and manage trade operations within the Customer fulfilment team.
Lead MIS submissions and support regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
Collaborate with business, compliance, credit, and product teams to resolve discrepancies and deliver timely results.
Mentor and inspire a team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Utilize trade finance systems to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.
Skills
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in trade finance operations.
Expertise in trade products and familiarity with URC522, UCP600, ISBP rules, and other relevant banking regulations.
CDCS Certification is a plus.
Strong data analysis, communication, and project management skills.
