We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic talents to join our Sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee departmental operations, manage key client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong focus on providing our clients with elevated luxury experience, achieving sales target, teamwork, and maintaining brand standards.
Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage key sales and client relationships through the effective use of client books and databases to enhance customer connections and optimize sales.
Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with company standards.
Oversee the operations of the assigned department within the boutique.
Drive product sales and contribute to achieving store growth targets.
Coordinate the repair and transfer of items within and outside the region.
Demonstrate teamwork and leadership skills to support the boutique team and assist in coaching and training team members on product knowledge and departmental collections.
Engage clients effectively, fostering loyalty by embodying and conveying brand values.
Ensure the sales space is well-maintained and reflects the store’s premium image.
Act as an instrumental team player in daily shop-floor operations within the boutique.
Profile
Requirements:
Strong experience in luxury retail is a must - Minimum 5 years' experience.
Prior experience in Jewelry or Ready-to-Wear (RTW) within the luxury retail sector.
Proven ability to deliver an exceptional luxury client experience.
Proficiency in Arabic or Russian is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Professional in customer service with extensive luxury retail experience.
Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
