Social Media Manager
Job Location : Kuwait
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
• Create and manage content calendars for multiple F&B and hospitality brands
• Produce engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Plan and execute social media campaigns for restaurant launches, special events, and promotions
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports
• Manage relationships with influencers and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns
• Stay current with social media trends and best practices in the F&B/hospitality industry
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Manage community engagement and respond to customer inquiries through social channels
• Oversee photo and video shoots for social media content
Required Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Proven track record of growing social media presence for F&B or hospitality brands
• Strong understanding of GCC social media landscape and cultural nuances
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills in English and Arabic
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Experience with influencer marketing and campaign management
• Strong photography and basic video editing skills
Desired Skills & Attributes :
• Knowledge of the Kuwait/GCC F&B and hospitality market
• Experience with paid social media advertising
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously
