Manage the office of an academic chair, a research director or any other office at the University.
Document activities related to various academic and research programs and initiatives.
Draft high quality letters, memos and emails for internal and external communications.
Use administrative and academic information systems to complete transactions.
Prepare professional reports and maintain records in the document management system.
Receive students and attend to their requests.
Coordinate with other departments on administrative and operational matters.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any major of studies from a recognized university.
KFUPM shall administer a competency & English language assessment.
Required Experience
2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
Skills
Excellent English language & Communication skills .
Excellent command of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
