HR Officer
Job Location : UAE
Job Details :
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws, HR processes, and payroll principles.
• Responsibilities and Requirements
• Manage employee visas, work permits, labour contracts, and DOH documentation with the company’s PRO.
• Handle visa medical tests and Emirates ID biometric scanning.
• Facilitate health insurance applications, renewals, and cancellations, along with Abu Dhabi Pension Fund and Nafis registrations for UAE nationals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE immigration and labour regulations, addressing issues and rejections.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns regarding policies and benefits.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, workplace policies, training, performance reviews, and KPI monitoring.
