The Student Accounts Officer will manage student billing, payments, and financial inquiries, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This role includes addressing inquiries from students and parents, maintaining accurate financial records, resolving discrepancies, and providing exceptional customer service. The position reports to the Student Accounts Manager.
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of relevant experience in the U.A.E as an Accounts Officer, Teller, or Customer Service Representative handling billing and collections.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic Excel skills.
