Job Description
Position Title: Senior Administrator

Reporting to: Mrs. Salha Almahri – Marketing, Admission and Recruitment Manager
Positions reporting to the incumbent: N/A

Department: Marketing, admissions and recruitment

Job Purpose:

Oversee administrative functions supporting admissions and marketing activities. Key responsibilities include managing the admissions process, coordinating marketing efforts, maintaining databases, facilitating student communications, ensuring compliance with policies, and leading process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :
– Primary Responsibilities

a. Process and maintain applications and online applications for new student, facilitate steps in the admissions process, including proper records management
b. Total leads gathered at fairs, exhibitions or other events hosted or attend by the department
c. Increase UD visibility by reaching out 40 schools during the academic year.
d. increase community engagement by participating in local and international education exhibition.
e. Processing online applications and covert them to admitted students.

– Secondary Responsibilities

a. Respond to in person phone and email inquiries in a professional, warm manner and welcoming walk ins.
b. Give tours to potential families and coordinate enrollment events with colleges.
c. Increased number of following up with students for MBA and bachelor’s .
d. Coordinated Many MPT’s and EPT during the season with faculty.
e. Worked on transfer cases and guided part timer students and trained them.

Preferred Qualifications :
– Education :
Bachelors of Business Administration or relevant degree.

– Experience:
2-3 years as senior administrator.
