IT Projects Specialist
Job Location : Bahrain
Roles and Responsibilities:
• User Support: Assist users with desktop and laptop installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Service Desk Agent: Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and escalating complex problems.
• IT Operation Support: Monitor IT systems, including POS and ERP systems, and resolve technical issues.
• Desktop/Laptop Management: Implement and maintain desktop and laptop configurations.
• Shop and Office Support: Provide technical support to shops and offices located in Bahrain, including network device monitoring and basic troubleshooting.
Technical Skills:
• Microsoft Office Suite (Desktop Apps and User Administration)
• Windows Desktop Operating System
• Windows Server Services (IIS)
• Mobile Operating Systems (Android and iOS)
• Basic Scripting (Oracle SQL)
Preferred Skills:
• CEGID (Point-of-Sale system)
• ORION ERP/ONEERP (Enterprise Resource Planning system)
• Azure familiarity
