Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for AI and digital solutions, focusing on growing revenue and expanding market share.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, including C-level executives and key decision-makers.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the AI and digital solutions sectors.
• Present and promote Al Rushaid Technologies' suite of AI solutions, cloud services, automation tools, and digital transformation offerings.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals and solution architectures that align with customer needs.
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts in accordance with company policies.
• Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring smooth implementation and satisfaction with the solutions provided.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs, reporting on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to senior management.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to position Al Rushaid Technologies as a leader in the AI and digital transformation space.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to increase brand visibility and generate new business leads.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in selling AI, digital transformation, or IT solutions.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud computing, automation, and digital transformation solutions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels, including executives and technical teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to create value propositions tailored to client needs.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales pipeline management.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term client satisfaction and retention.
