Responsibilities:

• Conduct a detailed study of tender documents, including drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Generate a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BoQ) based on provided drawings and industry standards.
• Prepare and submit technical queries for clarification with clients.
• Develop tender strategies in coordination with senior management.
• Collaborate with the execution team to establish method statements and reflect the same in cost estimation.
• Determine direct cost resources required for various project activities.
• Calculate man-hours for different construction and engineering tasks.
• Participate in pre-tender meetings, site visits, and prepare detailed site survey reports.
• Analyze vendor technical and commercial offers in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Prepare a comparative cost study report for vendor and subcontractor selection.
• Develop bid documents, including both technical and commercial submittals.
• Monitor and report budget versus actual cost variance after contract award.
• Assess and prepare contract variation requests/claims.
• Support the planning department by providing pre-contract terms and conditions.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in MEP and E&I projects.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of MEP and E&I cons
