Stewarding Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Supervise the stewarding team, ensuring that they adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols.
• Manage accurate records of kitchen supplies and equipment, coordinating with procurement to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective ordering practices.
• Develop and implement effective training plans for stewarding employees, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with chefs and managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize kitchen efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure that all relevant local health regulations are met and exceeded, conducting regular inspections to identify and address any hazards or deficiencies.
• Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to stewarding colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
