Effectively work with Heads/managers in PRB / PSB to prioritize analytics initiatives, communicate findings and identify actionable recommendations for the business.
Serve as the thought leader and expert on customer analytics to provide guidance to key business partners around scoping, designing, executing strategies and analyzing and communicating the impact.
Increase Wealth Penetration and Wealth Revenues through activation as well as deepening and proactive retention.
Improve Cross-sell ration through Assets / Credit Card sales
Leverage overall Portfolio and RM level information to improve RM Benchmarking framework that can drive the right RM behavior across multiple areas
Drive Analytics driven interventions to facilitate FX activation, Deepening and Retention
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Analytics
At least 4 years of experience in Banking domain
Proficiency in Analytics tools – SAS EG, SAS EMINER, Excel, SQL
Excellent understanding of advanced analytics techniques such as segmentation, clustering, profiling, modeling techniques, and statistical interpretation
Ability to communicate insights in an engaging, visual way to non-analytical colleagues and clearly present these data rich insights so key messages can be actioned
