Key Responsibilities:
Manage reservations for multiple properties within the cluster via phone, email, and online channels.
Provide information about room availability, rates, and hotel services to prospective guests.
Process booking requests and ensure accurate guest information is entered into the system.
Handle cancellations, amendments, and special requests professionally.
Required Skills:
Experience in hotel reservations or front desk operations.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
