Call Center Officer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate information to third-party customers regarding credit card inquiries, authorizations, and transaction details.
• Handle 70-80 inbound and outbound calls per shift, resolving queries within the turnaround time (TAT).
• Follow unit rules, procedures, and SLA to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Adhere to compliance standards for third-party customers & merchants.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes while delivering exceptional service.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in banking or financial services.
