The IT System and Network Support Engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of network systems, hardware, and software. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing user support, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support the company’s IT network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
Provide technical support to end-users, addressing any IT-related queries or issues.
Monitor network performance and security, implementing improvements as needed.
Maintain and update system configurations, software, and backups.
Assist in the implementation of IT projects and system upgrades.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in IT systems and network support.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, system administration, and IT security.
