Key Responsibilities:
Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels, receiving, and issuing goods.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and conduct regular stock audits.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of inventory and administrative records.
Provide support to logistics and operations teams in managing inventory and office functions.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years) in administrative or inventory control roles, preferably in logistics.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.
