Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and achieve KPIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and stakeholders.
Oversee market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to enhance sales campaigns.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior sales role, preferably in real estate.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market and industry trends.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Results-driven with a strategic mindset.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
