Job Title: Drone Operator - Construction Project

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drone Operator to join our team for a major construction project in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating advanced drone technology to capture aerial imagery, perform site surveys, conduct inspections, and gather critical data to assist with project planning, monitoring, and progress reporting. This role requires a high level of precision, a strong understanding of construction site operations, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Aerial Surveying & Mapping: Operate drones equipped with high-resolution cameras, LiDAR, and other surveying tools to capture detailed aerial footage and generate topographical maps, 3D models, and orthophotos of the construction site.

Site Inspections: Conduct routine aerial inspections of construction sites to identify potential issues such as structural integrity, safety hazards, and progress milestones. Report any irregularities to the project manager and engineering team.

Data Collection & Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze aerial data to support construction planning, design, and execution. Ensure the accurate conversion of data into actionable insights.

Maintenance & Calibration: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of drone equipment to ensure optimal performance during operations.

Safety Compliance: Ensure all drone operations comply with local aviation regulations, safety protocols, and company policies. Prioritize safety on-site at all times.

Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed records of drone flight logs, data collected, and inspections conducted. Submit reports and data to project management teams in a timely manner.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a drone operator in the construction, surveying, or engineering fields.

Certification: Valid drone operator certification/license (preferably from GACA - General Authority of Civil Aviation in Saudi Arabia or equivalent recognized authority).

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using drone software for flight planning, data collection, and data processing (e.g., Pix4D, Agisoft, DJI Terra, etc.). Knowledge of GIS and CAD software is a plus.

Knowledge of Construction: Strong understanding of construction processes, project phases, and site management. Familiarity with common construction materials, methods, and equipment.

Job Requirement:
• Degree / Diploma / ITI with 5 to 10 years of experience requirement in relevant trade
• Must have experience in construction Project
