Requirement:
-Communicating with customers (meetings, phone calls, emails) regarding their investments with the company
-Keeping clients updated on upcoming payments, construction progress, registration of property, etc.
-Providing clients with necessary documents for their investments
-Tracking payment due dates of the units, ensuring smooth receiving of funds from the investors
-Collecting payments from the investors through numerous modes of payment (bank transfers, cheques, credit cards, cash)
-Providing clients with payment receipts and customer’s statements
-Achieving monthly collection targets Collaborating with other departments of the company (accounts, mortgage, and handover, contracts) to provide customers with required updates/documents
Note: Candidate must have a minimum of two years of same profile experience
