Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide information about resort facilities, activities, and local attractions.
Handle reservations and ensure accurate guest information is recorded.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Ensure guest rooms and facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Requirements:
Previous experience in guest service or hospitality, preferably in a resort environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Flexible and willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
