Responsibilities:
– Provide guests with necessary information about hotel facilities, transportation options, and local attractions.
– Welcome and greet guests upon arrival at the airport.
– Liaise with the hotel’s front office, concierge, and transport team for seamless guest arrival and departure experiences.
Requirements :
– 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or airline industry.
– Prior experience in guest services, concierge, or front office is preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming demeanour.
– Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
– Knowledge of airport operations and local transportation options.
