The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of office environment and supporting management with a range of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and organize office communications (phone calls, emails, and mail).
– Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for executives or team members.
– Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases for easy access to information.
– Handle basic office management tasks (ordering supplies, managing office equipment, etc.).
– Support management with various administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
– Proven experience as a secretary or in an administrative role.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
– Female Arab candidates only.
– Must be resident in Kuwait with a transferable visa.
Salary: KWD 400 – 500
