Accountant cum HR

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Accountant cum HR to join our team. This hybrid role requires a talented individual who can handle both accounting and human resource responsibilities. You will play a key role in managing financial records and supporting HR functions to ensure smooth operations within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting:
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports
• Process invoices and payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and tax filings
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
Human Resources:
• Manage recruitment and staffing needs, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
• Maintain employee records and manage on boarding processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
• Foster a positive workplace culture and support employee well-being
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• Proven experience in both accounting and HR roles is preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and HR management tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
• Certification in accounting
• Experience in payroll processing and recruitment
