Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs in preparing and cooking hot dishes according to the menu.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen area, including washing utensils, pots, and pans.
Help with the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service.
Monitor food storage and ensure proper handling of ingredients.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients for daily cooking and special orders.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Basic understanding of hot kitchen operations.
Minimum 2-3 years experience
Candidates must be available to join immediately and should be based in the Dubai area.
