Assistant Restaurant Manager – Arabic Speaker

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards
• Uphold excellent customer service and drive guest satisfaction
• Assist in recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
• Foster clear communication within the team and across departments
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
• Solid background in food and beverage management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is required
• Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage
• Experience in a Mediterranean restaurant is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is ideal
