Qualifications:
• Any nationality
• Must have 5-10 years of relevant experience in Human Resource & Administration
• Communication strength (English / Arabic/Urdu)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To Supervise, Monitor & Control Human Resource functions & Administrative Functions of the organization.
Lead the HR Department in Planning, Organizing & directing HR activities, ensuring effective and efficient HR operations.
2. Vehicle Renewal, Medical Insurance.
3. Responsible for Administrative Activities & Government Relation Functions.
4. Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor laws, visa Regulations, & Company policies related to employment.
5. Continuously evaluate and improve HR Processes to Increase Efficiency & Effectiveness in Recruitment & staffing.
6. Engaging, directing and supporting employees to contribute to the Effectiveness of the Organization.
7. Promoting opportunities for improvement in the HR department.
