Gargash Trading is looking for a dynamic and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Al Quoz office. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and managing front-desk operations, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors and clients with professionalism
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and office support
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a similar front-desk/receptionist role
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in managing calendars, handling customer queries, and general admin tasks
Working Hours: 9 hours/day including a 1-hour break
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (1 day off)
