Admin Coordinator – Site Equipment Interface
Location: Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a proactive and organized Site / Admin Coordinator to manage and coordinate the interface for site equipment and resources on our Oil & Gas project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate between site teams and equipment suppliers/vendors
• Maintain accurate logs and records of equipment usage, movement, and availability
• Support daily site operations through effective admin and logistics coordination
• Ensure smooth communication between technical, administrative, and procurement teams
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in site coordination, preferably in Oil & Gas or Industrial projects
• Familiarity with equipment tracking, documentation, and site logistics
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must have a Transferable Iqama
• Immediate availability preferred
