Nair Systems is currently looking for SQL Developer (Database Developer) for our UAE operations with the following Skill set and terms & conditions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Strong understanding of SQL fundamentals including syntax, data types, joins, aggregations, etc.
· Proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries for large datasets using various indexing techniques.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking domain.
· Experience with PL/SQL programming language.
· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business requirements.
· Proven track record of developing stored procedures, functions, and triggers to enhance system efficiency.
· Strong troubleshooting skills related to database performance tuning, query optimization, and data integrity.
· Commitment to adhering to coding standards and best practices through participation in code reviews.
· Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
· Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
· Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using PL/SQL programming language.
• Develop stored procedures, functions, and triggers to automate data processing tasks and improve system efficiency.
• Troubleshoot issues related to database performance tuning, query optimization, and data integrity.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
