Key Responsibilities:
Manage all front desk and reservation operations.

Coordinate bookings, manage VIP guests, and handle special requests.
Lead and train the host team to maintain exceptional service standards.
Collaborate with the management and service team to optimize guest flow.
Requirements:
Previous experience as Head Receptionist or similar role in luxury dining.
Fluency in Japanese is mandatory; English proficiency preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and guest relations skills.
Familiarity with reservation systems and front-of-house operations.
