Supervise front desk staff and ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
Train and support team members to uphold service standards.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in front office or guest services roles.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with PMS (e.g., Opera) preferred.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
