Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review detailed cost estimates for project tenders.
Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to assess project requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, etc.) to gather necessary information for bids.
Develop and submit competitive bids while ensuring compliance with all contractual and legal requirements.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
Monitor and manage the tendering process, ensuring timely submission and post-submission clarifications.
Assist in post-tender meetings and contract award processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in estimation, tendering, and bidding in the construction or engineering sector.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering processes, and project specifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in bidding software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
