About Us:
Cita app is a new digital platform that simplifies medical appointment bookings by connecting patients with clinics and healthcare providers across the region. As we prepare for our launch, we are hiring a Sales & Training Associate to join our team. This role is key to onboarding medical providers, offering training, and ensuring long-term success through strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit and approach clinics, doctors, and medical centers to introduce and promote the Cita app.
• Explain the app’s benefits and onboard new vendors to the platform.
• Support vendors with signing contracts and collecting necessary documentation.
• Train vendors (in both English and Arabic) on how to use the dashboard to manage their services and appointments.
• Create and update vendor profiles on the admin dashboard, ensuring accurate and complete data entry.
• Provide follow-up support, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate closely with the admin and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and activation process.
• Maintain detailed records of sales visits, training sessions, and vendor feedback.

Requirements:
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) — mandatory
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for in-person sales and training visits — mandatory
• Experience in sales, customer service, training, or account management (healthcare or tech industry is a plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and teach software platforms
• Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
