Sales Representatives – Retail / FMCG (Consumer Division)
Job Location: Dubai & Northern Emirates, United Arab Emirates
Job Summary:
This role focuses on driving sales, managing key accounts, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. It requires a strategic mindset to identify new business opportunities, improve product visibility, and ensure maximum availability across the assigned market.
Preference will be given to candidates with a background dealing with companies such as Coops, Lulu, C4, and other Chain Retail Supermarkets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products to retail and modern trade clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to optimize product displays and visibility across all sales channels.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Execute and monitor promotional activities and campaigns to boost sales and enhance brand awareness.
• Accurately process orders and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
• Regularly update and report sales performance, KPIs, and forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in sales within the retail or consumer FMCG sector, preferably in personal care or baby care products.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driver’s license (DL) and ownership of a car.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
