We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to focus on the ready sweets and chocolate sector in Bahrain. This individual will be instrumental in driving growth and enhancing market presence within the food and beverage industry
Job Description:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and increasing sales specifically in the sweets and chocolates segment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partnerships in the sweets and chocolates market.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share in the ready sweets and chocolates sector.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align offerings with market demands.
• Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and its offerings.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development or sales within the food and beverage industry, with a strong preference for experience in ready sweets and chocolates.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
