Key Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Support the Restaurant Manager in staff supervision, training, and scheduling
Ensure exceptional guest service and handle VIP clientele with professionalism
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards
Manage reservations, guest flow, and resolve any complaints efficiently
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Assist with inventory, stock control, and reporting duties
Requirements:
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in luxury/F&B settings
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Well-versed in fine dining standards and guest etiquette
Fluent in English; additional languages (especially Arabic or Russian) are a plus
Professional appearance and ability to thrive in a high-end, fast-paced environment
