Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our manpower and recruitment services. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage documentation and compliance, and ensure timely mobilization and deployment of candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and deployment schedules.
• Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, and documentation processes.
• Ensure timely completion of visa processing, medicals, and other pre-deployment formalities.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates, contracts, and client correspondence.
• Liaise with government and regulatory bodies for approvals and clearances.
• Monitor project timelines and follow up with internal departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations for clients.
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to optimize operations.
• Handle client inquiries and provide prompt updates.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and international recruitment standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in operations or coordination, preferably in a recruitment/manpower company.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of visa processing, international recruitment procedures, and labor regulations (GCC region is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Preferred:
• Experience dealing with overseas recruitment (especially Gulf countries).
• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM or recruitment management software.
