Responsibilities:
Manage project correspondence, reports, and official documents
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and maintain filing systems
Prepare and track Aramco-specific forms, transmittals, and submittals
Assist project managers and engineers with admin tasks
Ensure compliance with Aramco documentation and filing procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Secretary or Document Controller on Aramco or oil & gas projects
Strong command of MS Office and document management systems
Familiarity with Aramco project documentation standards
Excellent English communication and organizational skills
Arabic language skills and Aramco approval (preferred)
Candidates with valid UAE driving license is given preference.
