Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all instrumentation engineering and construction activities on-site.
Ensure compliance with KNPC specifications, safety standards, and international codes (ISA, IEC, etc.).
Review and interpret instrumentation drawings including P&IDs, loop diagrams, and wiring schematics.
Participate in inspection, FAT, SAT, calibration, and loop checking of instruments and control systems.
Liaise with KNPC representatives for approvals, inspections, and project progress.
Prepare technical documentation, method statements, and progress reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
KNPC approval as Instrument Engineer is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas or refinery projects, including EPC or maintenance.
Strong knowledge of DCS/PLC systems, field instruments, control valves, and transmitters.
Proficiency in engineering standards, QA/QC procedures, and documentation.
Must be currently in Kuwait with a valid transferable visa (Article 18).
